Mary Margaret (Bayliff) Wehner of Franklin, Ind., passed on Monday, May 8, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Mary was born in Lima, Ohio, on March 14, 1937, to Walter and Lois (Johnston) Bayliff.

She was a graduate of Cridersville High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Auburn United Methodist Church in Greenwood.

She was the widow of Kenneth R. Wehner, whom she married on August 19, 1961. They lived in various cities around Ohio and Indiana before settling in the Greenwood/Franklin area.

Surviving are her children, Douglas (Charlotte) Mooney, Timothy (Kathy) Mooney, Jeffrey K. (Cindy) Wehner, Thomas (DeAnn) Wehner, Julie (Jim) Hughes and Maria (Aaron Gregory) Curry; brothers, John (Jane) Bayliff, James (Pam) Bayliff, Thomas (Roseanne) Bayliff and C. Budd (Jan)Bayliff;18 grandchildren: Benjamin Mooney, Brandi (Justin) Mooney, Chad (Sabrina) Mooney, Brandon (Nicole) Mooney, Chastity (Wes) Hostetler, Marissa Wehner, Jeffrey A. Wehner, Matthew Wehner, Lukas Wehner, Alexander Wehner, Teresa Hughes, Jaden Hughes, Christian Curry, Cameron Curry, Caden Curry, Tyler, Bailey, and Kyle Gregory and 13 great-grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death are her parents, Walter and Lois Bayliff; several aunts and uncles; and grandson, Jimmy Hughes.

Viewing was held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory – Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St., Greenwood, with the funeral at Noon on Friday, May 12.
