PENDLETON — Pendleton Correctional Facility caseworker Chad Evans recently was promoted to correctional case manager.
Chad Evans was hired in 2002 at the New Castle Correctional Facility as a correctional officer before transferring in 2006 to the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility, where he was later promoted to the rank of sergeant.
In 2012, Evans transferred to the Pendleton Correctional Facility, where he has served as a correctional officer, correctional sergeant and correctional caseworker.
He has served as an adjunct trainer, field training officer and correctional caseworker in the facility’s mental health unit.
As a case manager, Evans will oversee offender caseloads in the facility’s Administrative Restrictive Housing and Department Wide Administrative Restrictive Housing Units.
