Pendleton - It was almost a double honor for Pendleton players of yore during the Friday, April 6, double-header home baseball outing against Greenfield. It was alumni night, and the Arabians showed their respect by defeating the Cougars 7-1 in the first game and keeping it close in the second game, ultimately falling 4-2.

Coach Bill Stoudt felt the Arabians played effectively against the Cougars. “We did a lot of things well. Jordan Humfleet pitched very well.”

“In the second game, we just had a little lapse,” Stoudt said. “They had three hits in a row, and that hurt us.”
