Pendleton - Carrying on in the tradition of her late father, a Pendleton teacher is attempting to organize bell ringers for the Salvation Army during the holiday season. Annie Wills, whose father Jim Craig died Dec. 9 last year, said she and her family helped her dad ring bells for years and wanted to continue to help the Salvation Army after his death.

“He always did the bell ringing, for years,” Wills said. “And after he died, this was something that my family, my brothers and sisters, wanted to continue.”
