Lapel - Lapel’s varsity boys basketball team sought a season- high fourth straight win Friday, Feb. 15, when Class 2A-No. 15 Speedway visited the Bulldogs.
And the Bulldogs raced to a quick start against the Sparkplugs, leading by 10 points early. But Speedway pulled a stunning turn of reversal on Lapel and emerged with a 73-57 victory.
Lapel fell to 11-9 and 2-4 in the Indiana Crossroads Conference.
