Ingalls - The Ingalls Town Council moved ahead with rules for condemnation proceedings and additional paving on Reformatory Road last week.
The town is looking into two possible condemnations, but officials sought a better understanding and set of guidelines for procedures if that avenue is taken.
One of the properties in town being investigated is up for sale, according to Councilman Tim Green. He said any prospective buyer should be made aware of the home’s condition and situation.
“It will at least give them a heads up,” Green said.
