Pendleton - Bringing their record to 6-3, the Pendleton Heights girls basketball team split a pair of games last week, losing at home against Hamilton Southeastern Dec. 4 and winning on the road at Delta Dec. 6.
Freshman Skyla Baird exploded for 20 points in the 58-28 thrashing of the Delta Eagles. Junior Taylor Siefken scored 16 and had four rebounds and two steals. The Arabians out-scored the Eagles 22-8 in the final quarter of the game and held them to single digit scoring in three of the four quarters.
