Lapel - Lapel returned to action after being off nine days, mainly because of weather, and won three of five to improve to 5-4.

The Bulldogs beat Daleville 8-1 Monday, April 22, with Adam Taylor, Jacob Troxell and Dane Mason all getting two hits. John Magers pitched four innings of four-hit, three-strikeout ball for the win.

On Thursday, April 25, Lapel pushed two across in the last of the fifth to go ahead of Cardinal Ritter and eventually beat its Indiana Crossroads Conference rival 6-4. Brady Cherry not only hurled a complete-game win (four hits, eight strikeouts) but also doubled and tripled.
