Markleville - The Markleville Town Council took care of several items of business March 11: The council:

• Adopted the American with Disabilities Resolution 2013-2 establishing a grievance policy for resolving accessibility issues related to those with disabilities and the availability of public events and buildings to them.

• Heard a report from Wayne Fox of the Park Board about the summer mowing schedule. Fox said they will be receiving bids for mowing during the next two weeks.

• Said they had heard from the state about plans to resurface Ind. 38. Councilman Robert Fesler said state representatives also will be talking with town officials about having curbs poured during the process.
