Pendleton - Two sisters from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints have recently moved to the Pendleton area and are looking for ways to help the community and share their faith.

Kyle Morey, public affairs specialist for the Muncie stake of the church, helped introduce the sisters to people in Pendleton.

“They’re here to serve in a few capacities,” Morey said. “First, they can help with genealogy work. They’re also looking for partnerships and opportunities in the community. But thirdly, and most importantly, they’re here to bring people to Christ.”

Sister Jane White, from Los Angels, Calif., and Sister Rachel Bergason, from Boise, Idaho, said they’re excited about the opportunity to serve people in the Pendleton area.
