Pendleton - The Pendleton Heights girls golf team finished fourth in the Hoosier Heritage Conference match at the Players Club in Yorktown Saturday, Sept. 14.
The Arabians finished fourth to the winner, eighth-ranked Yorktown, which won the tournament on its home course by 38 strokes over second-place Mt. Vernon, followed by New Palestine in third.
Coach Tom Harvey felt his team did not have a good day on the course.
“We were about 12-15 strokes higher than we should have been, and some girls had some penalty strokes that we normally do not get,” Harvey said.
