Pendleton - Shari Doud, Pendleton Heights girls basketball coach and assistant athletic director, has resigned her position at the school effective at the end of the school year.

Doud coached the Arabian girls for the past 11 years. She compiled a 186-78 record, winning three sectionals (2009, 2010, 2011) and one regional championship.

“Shari has brought exposure and excitement to our girls basketball program over the past decade, and it is with deep sadness that we see her leave our program. We wish her the best for the future,” Pendleton Heights Athletic Director John Broughton said.
