Pendleton - The Town of Pendleton is looking into establishing a “pass-through” fund for resident donations after the Madison County Council turned down its full request for funds for historic signs.
Late last year, the council asked for more than $30,000 from the Food and Beverage Commission to erect 13 historic signs throughout the town. They were awarded $3,500.
