The following individuals were booked into the Madison County Jail recently:

Wednesday, Jan. 23

10:23 p.m., Zachary Robert Sanner, 19, Pendleton, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by minor, a Class A misdemeanor, released on his own recognizance.

Friday, Jan. 25

5:26 p.m., John Noel Reister, 40, Pendleton, was returned to county jail per court order, Class D Felony.

Tuesday, Jan. 29

1:50 p.m., Craig Alan Kemper, 24, Pendleton, was booked on a charge of battery: no/minor injury, a Class B misdemeanor

1:50 p.m., Craig Alan Kemper, 24, Pendleton, was booked on a charge of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor

Thursday, Jan. 31

1:17 a.m., Mark Dewayne McManus, 48, Pendleton, was booked on a carge of operating while intoxicated, .08 to .15 BAC, a Class A misdemeanor

6:44 p.m, Timothy Ryan Purkey, 38, Pendleton, was booked on a charge of failure to appear, a Class A misdemeanor
