12:44 p.m., Kevin Lee O’Bryant, 45, Pendleton, commit disorderly conduct, Class B misdemeanor.
Friday, April 26
9:18 a.m., Jeffrey Ellis Owens, 42, Pendleton, commit invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor.
9:18 a.m., Jeffrey Ellis Owens, 42, Pendleton, commit possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, Class A misdemeanor.
9:18 a.m., Jeffrey Ellis Owens, 42, Pendleton, commit possession of paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor.
The Pendleton Police Department investigated the following cases recently:
Wednesday, April 3
10:27 p.m., Christopher R. Fisher, Middletown, was arrested for invasion of privacy. According to police reports, an officer responded to a call from a woman reference a violation of a protective order/harassment. A woman said her ex-husband had been contacting her via text messages, and that he was only allowed to contact her in reference to their children. The officer observed that the husband had send 59 text messages to the woman since 8:24 that morning, and several of the messages contained content not in reference to their children. The officer verified that there was an active protective order, and then contacted a prosecutor who advised to locate the husband and arrest him for invasion of privacy.
The Middletown Police Department first took the man into custody, and then the PPD officer detained him, transporting him to the Madison County Jail.
