The following individuals were booked recently into the Madison County Jail:
Saturday, Oct. 26
-4:53 a.m., Jaramiah Griffin Randall Watson, 22, Pendleton, invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor
-6:15 a.m., Joseph Harley Shepherd, 63, Pendleton, operating while intoxicated, 0.15 BAC or greater, Class D felony, posted bond, $5,000.
Tuesday, Oct. 29
-1:44 a.m., Michael Robert Weaver, 52, Pendleton,
commit contempt of court, JailBooking, Civil, posted bond, $500.
The Pendleton Police Department investigated the following cases recently:
Saturday, Oct. 12
-8:56 p.m., Stepahanie A. Anderson Evans, 41, Pendleton, was charged with driving while suspended: prior. According to police reports, an officer clocked a vehicle traveling 55 mph in a 40 mph zone westbound on West State Street. The officer stopped the vehicle, conducted a license check and found the driver was suspended-prior. The driver was cited for DWS, speeding and released.
