The Pendleton Police Department investigated the following cases recently:

n 3:48 pm., Danyette N. O’Sullivan, 29, Markleville, was charged with driving while suspended-prior, false or fictitious registration and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. According to police reports, an officer responded to the scene of a two vehicle, property damage accident. One driver told officers she was stopped at the stop sign on eastbound Madison Avenue at Ind. 67 waiting for a clearing in traffic when she was hit from behind. The second driver admitted that she struck the other vehicle, and said she wanted to pay cash for any damage because she did not want a police report filed because she was dealing with several personal issues. When the officer asked for her driver’s license, she admitted that her license was suspended. After check BMV records, she further admitted she did no have insurance and that the license plate on the vehicle did not belong to that vehicle, and that she took it off her brother’s vehicle without permission. The woman was cited in Pendleton Town Court; she had her children with her and was not incarcerated. The vehicle was impounded.
