Mt. Vernon pummeled the Arabians 54-34 Friday, Oct. 26, thrusting the Marauders into the Sectional 13 championship game.
In PH’s initial matchup with Mt. Vernon Sept. 14, the Marauders led early 9-7, and then scored 49 unanswered points en route to a 58-26 triumph on Pendleton’s homecoming night.
MV running back Tyler Dicks was limited (one carry, 12 yards) in that contest with a groin injury, but made his presence felt right from the start Friday.
