Lapel - A wrong number landed a man in the Madison County Jail Tuesday, April 10.
At 10:48 p.m. April 9, Lapel Police Officer Ryan Daniels received a text message on his department issued cell phone. The message was sent to the wrong number. However, the message asked, “Need any sub?”
