Avery Nicole Swartz, died at birth at St. John’s Medical Center in Anderson on April 15, 2011.
Survivors include her mother, Tiffany-Taylor Emerson Miller; father, Eric Andrew Swartz; maternal grandparents, Vince and Heather Miller; paternal grandmother, Melody Swartz; great grandparents, Cloyce and Sue Miller, Steve and Ruth Emerson, and Eileen Powell; several uncles, great aunts and great uncles.
A private graveside service took place Thursday, April 21, at Grove Lawn Cemetery, Pendleton with Pastor Jim Blackwell officiating.
Arrangements handled by Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.
