Charles Warren Rulapaugh, 48, of Pendleton, died January 22, 2017, at his residence in Pendleton. He was born on February 27, 1968, in Racine, Wisconsin.
Charles is survived by his sister, Debra (Abraham) Rulapaugh-Elayan of Pendleton; brother, John (Jeff Catherill) Rulapaugh of Atlanta, Ga.; nephew, Adam Brinker of Manchester, Pa.
He was preceded in death by father, Charles William Rulapaugh, Sr; and mother, Alice Rulapaugh.
Cremation will take place and burial at a later date in Anderson Memorial Park.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Loose Funeral Home & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St, Anderson, IN.
