Inc. of Muncie, work on the State Street project that will include three traffic circles and road surfaces near Interstate 69 as well as a dedicated pedestrian bridge across the interstate. Travel lanes will shift several times and in a variety of ways throughout the project, which is expected to take about a year to complete.
