PENDLETON — Pendleton Artists Society announced the winners of its Summer Show recently at Gallery 118 in Pendleton.
First Place ($75 award) — Janet Gregory Trisler, “Sea Anenome,” alcohol ink
Second Place ($40) — Bruce Neckar, “Early Riser,” oil on rag paper
Third Place ($20) — Pat Thomson, “Swinging With A Star,” acrylic painting
People’s Choice ($20) — Blair Patton, “A Moment of Calm,” mono print

A Merit Award was presented to Lylanne Musselman for “Young Mom Circa,” a graphite drawing.
Honorable Mentions were presented to John Reynolds, “Cows in the Sun,” oil painting; Bruce Neckar, “Best Jess,” oil on rag paper; Janet Gregory Trisler, “TEA-AMO,” mixed media; and Brenda Morris Jarrett, “The Old Windmill,” photograph.
The public can see all show entries through Aug. 4 at the gallery, located at 119 W. State St.
The gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
