Hollinger, Coleen Sue, daughter of Paul and Mildred (Metzger) Garber, was born February 14, 1957 in Greenville, Ohio. She departed this life on July 25, 2021 in her home near New Castle, Indiana, at the age of 64 years.

She was united in marriage to Kenneth Lee Hollinger on April 5, 1975. This union was blessed with six sons. She was baptized with her husband on November 23, 1978 into the Old German Baptist Church. Coleen unselfishly gave of herself to her husband, children, grandchildren, to the church, and to folks from various walks of life, making many feel welcome in her home.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years; sons, Russ (Stefany), Rudy (Molly), Andrew (Malaina), Adam (Mandie), Peter (Amie), and Simon (Emily); 22 grandchildren; her mother, Mildred Garber; mother in-law, Evelyn Hollinger; brothers and sisters, Charlene Finley, Christine Farmer, Dale (Teresa), Jane (Dan Long), and Carl; brothers and sisters in-law, Laura Cook, Philip (Bethany) Hollinger, Thomas (Deanne) Hollinger, Elizabeth (Terry) Filbrun, and Ruth (Bill) Riffey.

Preceding her in death were a granddaughter, Janessa Hollinger; grandson, Adrian Hollinger; father, Paul Garber; father in-law, Charles Hollinger, and brother in-law, Harry Cook.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 12:00 to 8:00 pm at Beech Grove Meeting House in Pendleton.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 10:00 am at Beech Grove Meeting House with burial at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Pendleton.
