Town plans leaf, limb pick up

PENDLETON — Pendleton Street Department will pick up leaves in town as needed throughout the year.

Leaves must be piled (not bagged) at the curb but out of the gutter and street. The town would prefer leaves not be mulched.

Limbs also will be picked up as needed. They must be less than three inches in diameter and four feet in length.

Limbs must be piled at the curb but not in gutter or street. The town will not collect limbs cut by tree contractors.

Depending on the weather, it can take five working days to complete a full circuit of the town.

Contact the town utility office at 765-778-2173 for details.
