Patricia L. Smith, 78 of Pendleton, died June 17, 2011 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton.

Survivors include her children, Philip (Carol) Smith, Claudette (Gene) Moore and Scott (Lynn) Smith; seven grandchildren; three step grandchildren; three great grandsons; mother, Oletha Mae Perigo; sister, Kay (John) Wyzard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Smith; father, Claude R. Perigo; and sister, Betty Barton.

Visitation was from 4 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.Services were at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton where Rev. Jim Rogers officiated. Burial was at Grove Lawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
