Deborah Jean King, 52, of Lapel, died on Sunday, May 20, 2012, at her home. She was born on August 31, 1959, in Noblesville, Ind. to Maxie and Carolyn (Forrer) Wix.

Deborah is survived by three children, Jennifer Flowers of Lapel, Thomas

Lary of Nashville, Tenn., and Michael Davis of Lapel; her parents, Carolyn Wix of Lapel and Maxie Lee Wix of Ellenton, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one brother, Maxie Lee Wix, Jr. of Lapel.

Visitation will be from 1 pm to 3 pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. The funeral service will be held at 3 pm Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Neal Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
