Donald Oscar Heath, 75, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012. He was a resident of New Castle, and a former resident of the Markleville area.
He was born March 25, 1937, in Madison County, Ind., to the late Willard and Martha “Lucy” (Stohler) Heath.
Survivors include his brothers, Howard (Evelyn) Heath of Spring City, Tenn., and Marvin (Mary) Heath of Crystal River, Fla.; three sisters, Joan Abney of Pendleton, Esther Alice Norviel of Okeechobee, Fla., and Margie Meyer of Crystal River, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by the many wonderful caregivers at the Occazio Group Center in New Castle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his twin brother, Ronald.
Calling hours will be 12-2 p.m. on Wednesday, at Wilson St.Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State Street, Pendleton. Daniel Heath will officiate a service Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Ovid.
