Ashley Brooke (Nolan) Follmar, 34, Lapel, died Monday, April 17, 2017, at Community Hospital in Anderson following a brief illness. She was born on May 6, 1982, in Noblesville.

She is survived by her parents, Marcia and Michael Nolan of Lapel; three sons, Dawson, Gavin, and Ashton Follmar; one brother, Eric Harris of Lapel; and her paternal grandmother, Anna Nolan of Indianapolis.

Ashley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Bonnie Phifer; and her paternal grandfather, Red Nolan.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8p.m. Friday, April 21,  at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 Main North St, Lapel. A  funeral service will be held at 1p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at Funeral Home, Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
