Gloretta C. “Glo” Williamson, 90, Lapel, died Thursday, May 25, at Rawlins House in Pendleton following a brief illness. Born on September 11, 1926, in Cardwell, Mo., to Charlie and Lessie (Knaffer) Owens.

Survivors include three children, Bobby Allen (Mary) Williamson of Anderson, Darlene (Glenn) Selby of Lapel, and Todd Williamson of Lapel; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nine great-stepgrandchildren; and a sister, Edna Boyd of Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen Williamson; one sister; and five brothers.

Services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 Main North St, Lapel, with Rev. Carroll Cullipher officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
