PENDLETON — Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage announced the addition of Doug Cooper, senior loan officer, to its Pendleton office.

Cooper has been a loan officer at another company for three years.

He started in the banking industry in 1989 in collections and lending. In that past, he has been involved with excavation and landscape and was a small business owner.

Cooper is a member of MIBOR in Madison and Hancock counties.

The Pendleton office is located at 113 N Pendleton Ave.
