MADISON COUNTY — Dozens of young golfers from around the state took part in the Indiana Golf Foundation Central Junior Masters Tournament in Knightstown.

Girls and boys from around the state played in the Royal Hylands Golf Club Sunday and Monday, July 15 and 16.

Macy Beeson of Lapel finished with an 81 on the first day and shot an 80 for a 161 total, 19 over par. Her score was good enough to finish tied for 11th place.
