Rural Garden Club of Lapel met for its August meeting at Pendleton Artists’ Society’s Gallery 119 in Pendleton. Ten members toured the gallery before enjoying the current exhibits, including an exhibit of photographs called “Picture This.” The group went for lunch afterward at the Bank Restaurant.
