PENDLETON — The Pendleton Artists Society’s “Picture This” photography show took place last month at Gallery 119 in Pendleton.
“Picture This” winners were:
First place: Susan Fullen, “Up Close and Dangerous.”
Second place: Russell Hays, “Discovered!”
Third place: Don Saxon, “A Man and His Dog.”
The photos were judged by Myron Cochran, a photography and jewelry teacher at Pike High School in Indianapolis.

Painter Rodney Reveal will be the judge for the artist society’s Fall Show, which will be on display during the month of October.

There will be a reception from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5. The public is invited to see the show and join in the judging for a People’s Choice winner.

Reveal will announce winners at the reception.

Reveal is a Noblesville native who studied art at the California College of Arts in Oakland and Herron School of Art in Indianapolis. He is an artist and painting instructor and retired as a full-time firefighter after 30 years.

His art work is represented in several galleries in Indiana and many of his watercolors and oils are in private and permanent collections nationally and abroad.

The gallery is located at 119 W. State St., Pendleton.

Regular gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays
