Cathy Jo-Ann (Reeder) Wallace, 67, of Markleville, passed away on March 8, 2019 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 9, 1951 in Anderson, and resided most of her life in Pendleton.
Cathy graduated from Markleville High School in 1969.
Her passion in life was being the most loving wife, mother, and nan to her family and grandchildren. Cathy loved to attend all their activities and support them in all their academic and athletic endeavors. She also extended the title of mom and aunt to all those who needed it.
Cathy is survived by her loving children, Misty (Steve) Asbury of Pendleton, Jason (Mandy) Wallace of Markleville, Lisa (Stephen) Fulk of Markleville, and Matt (Amanda) Wallace of Noblesville; and grandchildren, Ashton Asbury, Justin Wallace, Allison Asbury, Landon Fulk, Chase Wallace, Braydon Fulk, Colton Fulk, Alyssa Wallace, and Jackson Wallace. Also surviving are her siblings, Sharon (Marvin) Reed and Duane (Darlene) Reeder; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil Riggs, Bill (Linda) Wallace, and Joyce (Gary) Idlewine; close friend, Mary Smith, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Edwin Royce Wallace; parents, Lester and Esther Reeder; and sister, Pam Riggs.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 11, 2019, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN.
Services will be Tuesday, March 12, 2019, 11:30 am at the funeral home with Pastor Al Dayton officiating.
Burial will take place in the Grovelawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
