INDIANAPOLIS — Lapel boys golf won a three-way match with Park Tudor and Speedway April 16 at the Brickyard Crossing in Speedway.
The Bulldogs turned in a 170, followed by Park Tudor with 181 and Speedway with 189.
Logan McAtee led the Bulldogs with a 41. Jaxon Fetty had a 42, Corbyn Carroll 43, Ian Vipperman 44 and Corbin Renihan 45.
The Bulldogs play in the Canterbury School Invitational Saturday, April 27, and have a home meet April 29 at Edgewood Golf Course against Frankton and Liberty.
Earlier action
Lapel finished first on April 11 with a team score of 173 versus Elwood (235) and Clinton Central (238). Individual scores were Renihan 40 (medalist), Logan McAtee 44, Vipperman 44, Fetty 45, Carroll 45, Brandon Wood 47 and Ross Hagen 50.
Lapel also placed third in a couple of outings.
At the Cardinal Ritter Invitational on April 13, Lapel finished third with 346. Individual scores were: McAtee 89, Vipperman 86, Fetty 82, Carroll 89 and Renihan 94.
Against Yorktown and Mt. Vernon on April 15, Lapel finished with 168 compared to the other teams, 157 and 163, respectively.
Individual scores were Renihan 41, Vipperman 42, Carroll 42, Fetty 43, McAtee 43 and Hagen 49.
