PENDLETON

John L Vitatoe, age 75, of Pendleton, IN, passed away Saturday, April 4th , 2020 in Hobe Sound, FL. He was born in Albany, KY on June 12, 1944 to Guy and Mary Lou (Lyons) Vitatoe. He graduated from Clinton County High School in 1962. He married Janice S (Alley) on December 24, 1965.

He worked for General Motors for years before retiring and continuing to enjoy his farm and family. He touched so many people and their lives in his community. He was generous and loving father, son, grandfather and uncle to many.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Vitatoe of Pendleton; Kim Richardson (Sam), daughter of Springdale, AR; Vicki Husar, daughter of McCordsville, IN; Ashley Merrill, granddaughter of Farmington, AR; Kylee Richardson, granddaughter of Springdale, AR; Collin Richardson, grandson of Fayetteville, AR; Alexandra Husar, granddaughter of Indianapolis, IN; Sydney Husar, granddaughter of McCordsville, IN; Samantha Husar, granddaughter of McCordsville, IN; John Husar, grandson of McCordsville, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Mary

Lou Vitatoe; and three of his five siblings.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time to celebrate the life of John L Vitatoe.
