PENDLETON
Farron E. Brown, 82, of Pendleton, passed away on September 28, 2020. He was born on January 22, 1938 in Darke County, Ohio to Harry and Imo Brown.
Farron attended Jefferson High School New Paris, OH.
He worked for Clark Oil, and retired as an operation manager after 25 plus years of service. Farron also owned and operated The Neighborhood Cleaners in Anderson for 10 years.
He was a member of Curry’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Greenfield where he became a member of Gideons International. Farron was a coin collector and an avid IU Basketball and Indianapolis Colts fan.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Kim (Wes) Ledbetter of Indianapolis and Kristy (Nick Miller) Keesling of Pendleton; grandchildren, Tanna Britt, Brandon Ledbetter, Danielle (Matt) Borror, Jackson Keesling, Tanner Keesling, Lilly Miller, and Walker Keesling; and great-grandchildren, Clayton, Layne and Ruby Britt, Bodhi Borror, and Lennon, Tatum, and Grady Ledbetter. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Farron was preceded in death by his parents; wife, JaNell Brown; great-granddaughter, Payton Harrison, and five siblings.
Visitation was held Friday, October 2, 2020, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN.
Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
Burial will take place in the Grovelawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
