Read ‘N’ Feed turns a page

Pendleton Community Public Library’s Read ‘N’ Feed program, which provides food pantry services in addition to reading and other materials, has moved permanently inside the library building from its mobile trailer, which used to make several stops in South Madison County. According to the library, the move was made to “provide a more consistent service.” The library pantry is open to the public from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursdays, no appointment necessary, and offers dry goods, produce, breads and pastries. Those unable to travel to the library can register to receive home delivery by calling 765-778-7527.
