Madison County Republican Chairman Russ Willis swears in Jessica Bastin as District 2 Pendleton Town Council member at the start of the May council meeting. Bastin replaces Mike Romack, who resigned after finding out he didn’t live in the district. Bastin picks up Romack’s term, which ends Dec. 31, 2019.
