How does each race work from start to finish?

There are different categories for racers based on experience, skill set, speed, and past and current results. Each category will have a pre-designated amount of time to race; they will compete for the win or podium spots.

How are winners/placement determined?

There will be a count down of laps to go, and then the racers will be placed as they cross the finish line on the last lap.

How does a person get started in criterium racing?

A person get started in crit racing simply by riding his or her bike on local training or group rides and has an interest in taking riding to the next level to compete against other local or regional racers.

Is there anything unique about the Pendleton event?

The course in Pendleton features the Falls Park area and takes place on a tight two-lane course. Nice scenic area for a festive day of racing.

Who can compete in the Pendleton events?
