Reed received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Anderson University and a master’s degree in history from Ball State University. He is an Indiana Master Naturalist.

A quest for understanding, analysis of the past, and the natural world inform the subject matter, location and perspective of his work.

Reed is the owner and operator of Park Place Arts, an independent gallery and custom frame shop established in 2013, where he works as a custom picture framer and gallery curator exhibiting the work of local artists.

He is a native of Anderson.

“Winter Show” will continue through Feb. 27.
