Lapel’s Craig, Renihan play in All-Star Classic games

ANDERSON — Lapel High School’s Griffin Craig and Corbin Renihan played in the Indiana Class Basketball All-Star Classic, conducted at O.C. Lewis Gymnasium on the campus of Anderson University last month.

In one of two games slated for players who had just completed their junior seasons, Craig scored nine points for Team 1 Red in an 85-69 loss to Team 1 White.

Craig played 28 minutes and went 3-for-10 from the field, including 2-for-6 from 3-point range. He had one rebound.

In a second junior boys game, Renihan scored seven points for Team 2 Red in a 110-106 win versus Team 2 White.

Renihan played 15 minutes and went 3-for-6 on field goal tries, including 1-for-3 from 3-point range. He had two rebounds and one assist.
